Why YOU Should Become a Member The OSTA Board of Directors wants you, our membership and residents of Oregon’s manufactured home parks, to know that at a recent Board meeting we recommitted ourselves to the mission of OSTA and the need to strengthen ourselves to meet the increasing demands created by park closures and threats of closures across the state. Our staff person, Pat Schwoch, and volunteers have worked tirelessly to represent you and the best interests of all park residents through the legislative process. We have an excellent reputation and respect at the Capitol for tenacity, getting things done and integrity. This has been a sure and steady process, as OSTA turns 30 this year!
