MHOO-OSTA Elections, 2007 Convention MHOO-OSTA reviewed the revised organizational by-laws and approved them, through present member, by acclamation. Click here to view current by-laws. (create link to downloadable by-laws file) MHOO-OSTA further elected its representatives for the next two years, by acclamation. Fred Schwoch was elected to continue to serve as Board President; Bill Good, executive Vice-President; Lee Heany, Vice President, and Myrna Martinez, Secretary-Treasurer. Pat Schwoch will continue as MHOO-OSTA's Executive Director and Lobbyist. District Directors are Bob Kelley, for Northern Oregon; Terry Smith for Southern Oregon; Jane Capron, Lane County, assisted by Ron Ruiz; and Susan DeLateur, Salem area. Susan De Lateur is currently seeking an assistant for the Salem area, so please contact her at 503.378.7439 if you are an MHOO-OSTA member interested in helping her.
